  • Matt has performed as a featured soloist with some of the most respected names in jazz today, including fellow artists Brad Mehldau, Chris Potter, Brian Blade, Kenny Werner, Antonio Sanchez, and many more 
  • Matt has led his groups at Lincoln Center, The Kennedy Center, Royce Hall, The Blue Note, Jazz Standard and has toured globally as a featured soloist 
  • Matt was named the 1st place winner in the Independent Music Awards Jazz Category and was named a finalist in the world-renown Thelonious Monk International Competition
  • Matt is a recipent of the prestigious Vilar Global Fellowship in the Performing Arts via New York University, dubbed the "Rhodes Scholarship" of the performing arts by the New York Times
